The absence of gigs is painful, right? Without even mentioning the significant financial impact to artists and other music industry workers that rely on gigs for income [donate to Support Act if you can], there’s the impact to fans. I’m sorely missing the regular chance to hit bandrooms and connect with music and fellow music lovers in a live setting. There’s very little that compares to how great that feels.
While we’re safely tucked away in isolation due to COVID-19, things like live music videos are a bright light in the non-gig darkness. So we’ve put together a bunch of videos from some of our favourite artists, whether big or small artists, new or old videos, in a studio or arena, professionally shot or not. Hopefully there’s something in here that helps you feel good and tides you over until gigs return.
Turn it up, fill your screen, watch (or close your eyes, whatever), and enjoy!
