We’ve been waiting for this! Lyon based Resolve have just released the music video for “Navel-Gazing”, the fifth of six tracks on their Rêverie EP. The four piece of Anthony (vocals), Nathan (drums), Robin (bass), and Aurélien (guitar) have brought energetic intensity to both the song and its video.
“Navel-Gazing” is a vitriolic note to the self-obsessed; presenting a facade of themselves in the name of their own advancement. In vocals that move from tender and deliberate ripping of shreds, through to furious digust, the message of distaste is hit home with heat and force.

What about something you’ve truly lived?”
Musically “Navel-Gazing” is incredible, the track moving fluidly through different sonic states along with Anthony’s voice. Resolve represent a united force as they explore their rage in observations of another.
This expansive fire of a track hits heights in a breakdown section where drums and guitars are exceptional, along with searching and ominous tones and vocal roars.

Captivating from end to end, as they drag the shallow through their own muck, “Navel-Gazing” is a brilliant showcase of just how good of a band Resolve are.
