Carousel Kings‘ track “Grey Goose” is our Track Of The Day today because we cannot. get. it. out. of. our. heaaaads.
Carousel Kings create a brilliant blend of rock and metal and emo that they refer to as ‘easycore’. To us, it’s music that’s genuine as well as hitting hard. “Grey Goose” is from their Charm City album, being the first single from the album.
“I’m just a tin man
Searching for something that I never had
You just could never get that”
We love the honesty of the lyrics, as well as the fact it’s catchy and gets under your skin, meaning you’ll find yourself playing it on repeat and belting out the lyrics along with the four piece from Pennsylvania: David Alexander (vocals), Cody Jay Williams (bass), Will Barovick (guitar), and Danny Wilkins (drums).
We can’t get enough of the fast-paced crispiness of the drums, the wall-of-sound choruses, the wild guitar solos, the harmonies, the “I’m not saying sorry anymore” conclusion, and so much more. Is it just us? #imnotobsessedyouare.
Check out “Grey Goose” and tell us what you think on Twitter or Facebook.
