On Sunday night, Californian rockers AFI took to the stage at The Forum. Depth Mag’s Corey Bonadiesi was there to capture the experience.
Supporting AFI were Introvert and Basement.
Newcastle’s Introvert brought their high energy brand of alternative rock, wowing the audience and no doubt making new fans in the process.

UK rockers Basement thoroughly enjoyed themselves, hitting the stage next.
Melbourne, you were full of familiar faces and legends tonight. Felt just like the first time. Thank you 🤓

AFI then took to the stage with a mind-blowing set. Pandrew Andergast on Facebook described it well:
“Wow AFI wow. After smashing out a ritualistic Rolling Balls hybrid, the Melbourne show got deep and dark as hell itself. White offerings was EPIC, but what came after I Hope You Suffer was nothing short of mind blowing.”
Maria Valentic had her wish come true:
“Still can’t believe you guys played This Time Imperfect, thought I would never hear it. Amazing gig!“
Stephanie Marsh had no complaints:
“Tonight was exactly what I needed. It was intimate and deep. Loved it 🖤🖤“
