12Avatars Christmas Party, December 4th

A cute prim offered an invitation for a celebration with the 12Avatars team for the holidays. Calendar girls such as Callie Cline, Summer Seale, Ciera Bergman, and Sue Stonebender were in attendance. Those avatars who arrived dressed for winter or a formal affair soon dropped down to more casual gear to cut it up on the sandy dance floor to the dj stylings of ColeMarie Soleil. A few of the more shopping inclined avatars took a trip to the various cabanas set up around the island for the calendar girls to sell their wares - whatever their wares may be. Look for a great hut by 12Avatars Grand Prize winner Babyhoney Bailey and her Doll City Jewelry line. Callie Cline was still decorating when the party started and the Christmas spirit was tumbling out her door - quite literally, in fact!

The Shine Fashion Show & Charity Auction, December 21st

A teleport to the Metro Models runway on Retrology Island was like landing in the Who's Who of Second Life fashion From ASpiRE! president Ally Geer, to Second Style maven Celebrity Trollop, Frolic Mills of The Best of SL and Alaska Metropolitan of Metro Models, the fashion elite were out in full force. But it was for a good cause at least! Proceeds from the auction of featured styles went to the Doctors Without Borders charity. It was a quiet night but everyone was wearing their best - Maitreya, LF Fashions, Chic Boutique, FNKY and Armidi - and that was all on only one of the numerous fashionistas in atendance! It was the place to see and be seen. And the exclusive designs from fashion houses such as Persona, AnnaH, Nicky Ree and more were pretty glorious too.
